1. Warranty Coverage

  • Standard Warranty: All outdoor furniture products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Extended Warranty: Certain premium products, such as teak furniture and high-end collections, are eligible for an additional 3 years of warranty coverage.

  • Custom Products: Custom-made furniture is covered by the same warranty as our standard products, unless otherwise specified.

2. What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Rust, corrosion, or breakage of frames due to poor workmanship.

  • Issues with the structural integrity of products, such as loose joints or broken components, caused by a defect.

3. What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

  • Natural wear and tear, including fading of fabrics or cushions due to exposure to sunlight and weather conditions.

  • Damage resulting from accidents, harsh weather, or external forces (e.g., windstorms, hail).

  • Products altered or modified in any way after purchase.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand goods.

4. How to Claim Warranty

  • If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service team with the following:

    • Your order number and proof of purchase.

    • Photos of the product showing the defect.

    • A description of the issue.

  • Upon receiving your claim, our team will assess the issue and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement process.

5. Warranty Process

  • If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you.

  • If a repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement or refund based on the item’s original purchase price.

  • The warranty does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or replacements, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Begili is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products as described in this warranty.
